Personal Philosophy

I aim to share the experience of integrating mind, body, and soul to strengthen, lengthen, heal, and refine functional movement patterns. I work to create a well-rounded, whole, and healthy individual with multiple interdisciplinary techniques, such as dance, pilates, strengthening and lengthening, and anatomical knowledge. My focus on strength is supplemented with an emphasis on community, through interacting with those around us and the environment. Providing a space for individuals to come together to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health is an essential part of my work. I strive for all of the above, focusing on helping individuals become more in tune with what their body and mind are feeling, what they need and want, and what will bring them the most benefit at the moment, while still finding joy within themselves and their community!
